RAICHUR: Eight Royal Challengers (RCB )fans were arrested by the police in Raichur district’s Maski taluk’s Hasmakal village for celebrating RCB’s win in a harmfull manner using chemical explosives.
The youths had used petrol to create a massive explosion while bursting crackers, sparking widespread concern. Those arrested include Gururaj, Hajarat, Ramesh, Devaiah, and four others.
The celebration turned chaotic when the youths lit firecrackers filled with petrol in plastic bags, mixed with maida flour, on the main road of Hasmakal village.
A video of the incident went viral on social media, prompting the police to take action. The police registered a case and arrested the eight fans.
