BENGALURU: The pet dog Charlie, which starred in the much celebrated movie ‘777 Charlie’ with actor Rakshit Shetty, has littered six pups. Rakshit Shetty himself provided the update after he travelled to Mysuru to meet the dog.

The movie ‘777 Charlie’ was well received by the audiences and the climax, where the dog dies after littering, had touched a chord with the viewers. Now, the dog has littered five female and one male pup in real life.

After meeting Charlie and her pups in Mysuru, actor Rakshit Shetty shared a video on social media. “It’s two years since our film ‘777 Charlie’ was released. It was the desire of our team that Charlie should litter in real life and I too was looking forward to it. Whenever I spoke to Pramod (dog trainer and owner), I would inquire about it, but he would say that Charlie was getting old and may not be able to litter. But, surprisingly, she gave birth to six puppies on May 9”, Rakshit Shetty wrote.
