HASSAN: A four-year-old girl died after falling off a KSRTC bus while boarding it, near Holalkere Gate in Arasikere taluk on Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Bhargavi.
Bhargavi was traveling with her mother, Yamuna, to a hospital in Doddametikurke village. While boarding the bus, Bhargavi slipped and fell down and was run over by the rear wheel of the bus. Bhargavi died on the spot.
Police visited the spot and conducted an investigation. The incident occurred under the jurisdiction of the Arasikere rural police station.
