BALLARI: A four-year-old boy died after falling into a drainage water in front of their house at Ananthashayana Gudi Layout in Hosapete city. The deceased has been identified as Virat J.
Sewage water had accumulated at a vacant plot near the boy’s house. The boy fell into the water while playing and was immediately taken to the hospital. Despite treatment, the boy died at the hospital.
Hospet MLA H R Gaviyappa visited the hospital and consoled the family. He then visited the incident site and instructed the city council officials to immediately clean up all such areas where water has accumulated in the town.
