CHITRADURGA: Four people sustained injuries after a makeshift skywalk collapsed at the Ayyappa Swami temple here on Monday.
On account of Sankranti, there was a huge rush of devotees and the temple authorities had created a temporary skywalk for the benefit of devotees using wooden poles.
However, due to the rush, a part of the wooden skywalk gave way, leaving four devotees with minor injuries. A case has been registered at the Fort police station.
