BALLARI: Three members of the same family, who had set out to see a bride, were among four people who died in a road accident on the outskirts of Hosapete on Sunday. Another labourer also died in the accident while 21 others sustained injuries.
Kotresh (28), who was supposed to see a bride and get married, along with his father Nagappa (55) and elder sister Sujatha (34), all from Kithnoor village, all from the same family, were travelling on a motorcycle towards Gangavathi in Koppal to see a bride.
While going on the bike, a lorry hit them near Danapura, claiming the lives of the three. Relatives were shocked on hearing about the accident. Sujatha’s body was torn to pieces with her head in one place, hands and legs in another, her torso and head separated.
