MANGALURU: A 26-year-old married woman committed suicide at her residence in Bala village of Surathkal on Sunday night. The deceased has been identified as Divya (26).
On Sunday, Divya and her husband Harish had gone to attend the function in their neighbourhood. She returned home alone and her husband came home from the function after some time. When he came home, he saw that Divya had committed suicide. The exact reason for the suicide is not yet known.
A case has been registered at the Surathkal police station and further investigation is under way.
