VIJAYAPUR: A 16-year-old youth, who had gone to sell human hair in Harogeri of Raibagh taluk of Belagavi district, was brutally killed by unidentified people. The deceased has been identified as Kamappa.
The youth had gone to Harogeri along with Rohit from Vijaypura three days ago. Kamappa was attacked with sticks and was hit with a stone. The attackers then threw Kamappa’s body into a well.
Kamappa’s family members have alleged that as many as 15 people, including Gangappa and his father, had attacked and killed the youth. After the body was been found in the well, the family members of Kamappa have demanded the immediate arrest of all the attackers.
