HAVERI: A 14-year-old schoolgirl died after she fell from a moving bus near Kusanur village in Hanagal taluk on Monday morning.
Madhu Kumbar was on her way to school from Vasana village to Kusanur in a bus. Since it was very crowded, she was standing by the door.
Madhu lost her footing and slipped even as the bus was moving. She was immediately shifted to the district hospital in Haveri, but died. The Adoor police have registered a case.
