BENGALURU: A 13-year-old boy committed suicide at home, when he was alone, in CK Achukattu police station limits. The boy left behind a suicide note explaining his reasons and asked to be forgiven. The deceased boy was Gaandhar.
According to reports, the boy’s father, Ganesh Prasad, a music artist, discovered his son’s body in their home. The boy’s mother, Savitha, a folk singer, was in Australia, touring for a performance and has requested that the post-mortem be delayed until her return.
In his suicide note, Gaandhar asked to forgive him for his decision. The police have registered a case and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the boy’s death.
