MYSURU: At least 10 people, including the driver of a goods vehicle, were injured after it overturned near the Kabini river canal in Saragur town on Thursday.
The incident occurred when the driver of the vehicle, which was carrying labourers, mostly women, to a ginger farm, lost control due to negligence. The vehicle overturned three times, causing injuries to the labourers.
The injured were lying on the road for some time and later rushed to a hospital in HD Kote for treatment. The police have initiated an investigation into the incident.
