Sania Mirza, the ace Indian professional tennis player, who tied the knot with Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik in 2010, is finally going to be a proud mother, as Saniya has announced the news on her Instagram account, indirectly. Sania shared an illustration stating that the couple is making space in their closet to welcome baby Mirza Malik.
Isn’t it cute? And more cute is that the loving couple is going to keep their child’s surname as ‘Mirza Malik’.
“Today I will tell you a secret. My husband and I have spoken about it and we have decided that whenever we have a child, the child will have Mirza Malik as a surname and not just Malik. So that’s where we stand as a family including my husband. He actually wants a daughter,” Saniya had said earlier.
Meanwhile, last year, when asked about the love advice she would give herself, Sania had revealed, “I need to be less possessive. I’m not insecure, I’m possessive. There is a big difference, I think. I just am and I would love to be a little bit less. What I would like to do more communicate our problems or issues, if there are any, a little bit better.”
About her biopic, Sania had stated earlier to a media agency, “There are a lot of talks going on about it but there’s nothing solid right now. But when there will be, being the private person that I am, it will take me some time to open up a little bit about myself and my life.”
Congratulations to the lovely couple!
